Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are waived for orders over $75.00, excluding taxes. Orders $75.00 or under will receive a flat rate shipping charge of $10.00. The free shipping policy and minimum charge applies to most cities and towns in Canada. When you set up your shipping address in your member profile, Canada Office Supplies will notify you if your shipping address is not available for the free shipping and flat rate policy. For cities and town not covered under the free shipping and flat rate policy standard ground courier rates will be applied.
The exceptions to the above shipping fees policy are heavy items such as case lots of copy paper and furniture orders which are F.O.B. Canada Office Supplies’ warehouse. Freight charge for case lots of copy paper is $15.00. Freight charges for orders of large items such as furniture will be provided in advance and must be prepaid.
Expedited Shipping
When time is of the essence, Canada Office Supplies offers an Expedited Shipping option for online orders. Deliveries to major metropolitan cities by expedited delivery service generally take one to two business days and will be billed to the customer. We ship all current and in-stock items right away. No additional shipping fees are charged for orders where multiple deliveries are necessary or when back-ordered items become available.
